Proofwork offers monthly subscription plans. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis on the same calendar day as your original subscription date. All prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Proofwork does not store, process, or transmit your full payment card information. By providing your payment details, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We accept major credit and debit cards as supported by Stripe.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge up to three times over a seven-day period. If payment is not collected after three attempts, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and access to paid features will be suspended until payment is successfully processed. You will be notified by email of any failed payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings tab in your account. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of the period for which you have already paid. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier automatically.
ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS, UNUSED FEATURES, OR PERIODS WHERE YOU DID NOT USE THE SERVICE. BY SUBSCRIBING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND FOR ANY REASON EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of documented billing errors caused by Proofwork. To request a review of a potential billing error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge in question.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase via email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, Proofwork may collect and remit applicable sales tax or VAT on subscription fees.
Team plan billing is based on the number of active seats in your organization. Adding a new member mid-cycle will result in a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing period. Removing a member will take effect at the next billing cycle; no credits are issued for removed seats during an active billing period.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account.
